Situation
A multi-property short-term rental operator needed one place for bookings, expenses, and receipts, without hiring more back-office hours.

Problem
An operator running multiple Airbnb properties was losing hours every week to manual revenue tracking, expense spreadsheets, and paper receipts.
Approach
We built a platform that reads booking PDFs and receipts and turns them into clean financial records, so the team stops typing the same data twice.
What we delivered
A web app operators log into every day: capture documents, review what the system extracted, and keep books current. Unclear documents can still be checked by a human before they post.
Outcome
Weekly ops time back. Bookings and expenses land in the books without re-keying.
